Fuselage Bulkheads

The construction of the fuselage bulkheads is quite unique.

The core consists of several layers of individually cut segments made from thin spruce laminates, arranged in a circle, with the segments overlapping. Finally, a layer of plywood is glued onto both sides.

This construction method not only requires a lot of effort but also generates an enormous amount of waste.
